-1 large cucumber
-1/2 red onion, sliced
-1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
-1tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1/2tsp ground pepper
-1/2tsp dried dill weed
Slice your cucumbers into thin discs.
In a large bowl, combine onion, salt, yogurt/sour cream, mayo, vinegar, dill and pepper.
Add cucumbers to mixture. Put in refrigerator, covered, for one hour.
