This snack is not only low fat and delicious but it has all of the southern flare with almost no calories. It’s perfect for lunch, a snack or as a party favor.
½tsp Tabasco Sauce
¼cup finely chopped green onion
8oz cream cheese
½tsp garlic powder
¼cup Miracle Whip
Wheat bread slices
Peel cucumbers, chop into fine pieces and chunks. In a bowl, blend all ingredients-including the chopped cucumber pieces. Spread onto bread slices. Remove crusts. Enjoy!
