3tbsp light brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream (for serving)
Prep your grill and ingredients. Cut peaches in half and toss the pits. Place the peaches on a plate.
Mix together cayenne, sugar and vanilla until combined. Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Let the mixture dissolve on the peaches--about 15-20 minutes.
Cook peaches on the grill. First, place the peaches SKIN SIDE down. Let them cook for ~3 minutes. Then turn the peaches onto the exposed side for about 1 minutes in order to get some nice grill lines on top.
Take peaches off of the grill and place them on a plate. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top and enjoy!
