-2cups butter at room temperature
-3/4cup powdered sugar
-1tbsp vanilla extract
-1/2tbsp almond extract
-2tbsp dark rum
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together butter and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour, vanilla, almond and rum to mixture and combine. This should create a crumbly dough.
Roll dough into small balls--they will puff up!
Bake for 18 minutes.
Coat in powdered sugar while they are warm--perhaps five minutes after they are out of the oven. Once the cookies are completely cool, coat again in sugar and enjoy!
