Cottage Cheese Egg Salad by Healthy Aperture

-2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
-3/4 cup cottage cheese
-1tsp golden mustard
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp dried dill
-1/2 tsp lemon juice

Step One:
Hard boil your eggs, and cool for about 30 minutes.

Step Two:
Chop hard boiled eggs. Add to bowl with all ingredients.

Step Three:
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, and then serve and enjoy!
