16oz elbow macaroni
3 (8oz) containers cottage cheese
1 (16oz) container sour cream
2cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease a 9x13in baking dish. Boil and cook pasta (maybe 8-10 minutes). Drain the pasta.
In a large bowl combine pasta, cottage cheese, sour cream, seasoning, cheese and eggs. MIX!
Dump into baking dish. Put some extra cheese on top for extra yum.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes.
